The mission of Whispering Hope is to link, support and fund horse rescue organizations worldwide.

To achieve the objectives that have been set is a three step process:

1.  To create a network of members and member rescues around the world.
2.  Help those that are willing to look at alternative ways of fund raising to become
      self funded.      
3.  Look at other business ventures that will run as commercial enterprises with
      the profits being donated back to Whispering Hope thereby creating further
      funding for the member rescues.
